Configuring a Macintosh connection to FreeAirNet (Wireless IEEE 802.11) is about the easiest configuration their is.
1. Open the TCP/IP Control panel. (You may want to save the following as a new configuration)
2. Set the "Connect via:" selector to "AirPort".
3. Set the "Configure:" selector to "Using DHCP Server". (See image below)
4. You can close and save the TCP/IP settings window and should be connected and ready to Surf. All the configuration settings will be served to you, even the 'DHCP Client ID'.
